The basement here in Queen Anne needed approximately 5 feet of soil removed. The dig out has already been underway.

YESLER PROJECT

The crawl space/basement area was about 1100 square feet and was going to be converted to living space. First phase was demolition of brick foundation walls and dig out of back portion of basement area.

Half of the basement area has been dug out at this point.

The entire dirt area here will be dug out and replaced with new concrete foundation walls.
